Very unhappy customer
I just want to cancel my account and it's turning into a marathon of major hurdles. After ten minutes, I still can't find how to cancel my account.

I vaguely remember playing some online games (Majong, Solitaire, maybe Bingo) that might qualify as "betting" but had no idea I'd be dinged to the tune of $10.00 with a cash advance of $5.00, 4 times in a month! There's no number or any other identifying info on my bill and I don't have a record of an account or sign-on of any kind.
I've obviously given someone my credit card info or they wouldn't be able to charge me.
How do I stop them from charging any more?
Is there any way I can undo some of these charges? My foolishness for doing this, I know, but it doesn't negate the fact that I cannot afford to be doing it, not any of it.
I'd appreciate any advice or information you can give me about this situation.

I had a nightmare trying to cancel my account and direct debit with them. Every time was a joke; trying to log in was even harder, and trying to speak to someone to help sort it out was a challenge.
- Yes never won a single penny in over a year

They lost my money I withdrew on their system
After many requests for assistance and help retrieving my withdrawal I found lotto social totally useless, customer service and support is obviously not their priority
