On the 21st of this month I tried to pay for something to come out of my credit I had already got it seemed as though it wasnt working but it has taken money out of my bank I also want to query other payments gone out too one is pending £6.50 and four payment on the 17th

I keep getting billed and I think I won significantly but didn't deliver and didn't receive the big winnings prize as promised. It's a continuous billing.

I cancelled my subscription, 3 weeks ago, but my account is still being debited by yourselves. I would kindly request a refund thanks please find attached my details. I would also request a call back from one of yourselves +44 7592 ****21

No one is on live chat. No one is answering phone calls.

I'm getting generic replies to emails. I was wrongly charged and I'm waiting for a refund.

I spoke with customer service. They promised that someone would contact me within a few days.

But no one has! Yet, money is constantly being withdrawn from my bank account! Now, they owe me a lot of money!

If it is locked, why do they keep taking the money? They said my account was blocked!

Customer service promised to me after 3 days someone contacted me. But no one!!!

And still taking my money!!!

Still my problem!!! I'm just now getting very, very nervous and angry!!!

Cannot cancel as stated using the App, spent hours trying to get through using BOT, when a number was found for "Customer service" guess what??? ...yep a message and automated .

Rubbish!! You steal my money but you also lie!!! I'll keep waiting for my money back and some one contact me.

Hello, as of recently I received a payment of £108 pounds from lotto social. Although I'm slightly more relieved, my bank confirmed to me that £165 was taken from the 10th of September to the 7th of November and If needed, I can provide the codes of my personal statement for

each month that was taken. All I want is for the rest to be refunded as this has had an impact on travel money

which has caused me to have to miss lectures.

I can't afford it anymore. I'm disabled.

Sometimes, I touch the screen and I don't know what I'm doing. So, I think that's how I get hooked.

I'm making these payments every week, which is too much for my economic situation. Thank you very much for whatever you can do to help me.

Hi keeps taking money out my card for months and months I would like a refund as I do not play lotto just this morning its took £24 out of my card I will get all the £6.50 up from my bank and show you how many its took out well over £100

I only wanted to buy a lottery ticket for one off and you have tried taking money without my consent after I cancelled my subscription and I want the money back

I just want to add my new number to my account so I can keep my account going. I enjoy doing the lotto every week.

I just subscribed and paid £1 and I left it as it is. It has been trying to take cash from my bank multiple times but thankfully I didn't put a lot of money in the Revolute bank.

However, I got £14 scammed under 2 occasions which i didn't know. It's a scam!!
